We are seeking a Retail Manager to join this department store in London as a brand department manager.
Reporting into the area manager you will be responsible for:
Managing a team of 10 staff
Delivering sales against target
Maintaining brand standards and visuals
Training and on board of staff
Working closely with the wider department store management
The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience of retail management with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. A sound knowledge of retail trends A flexible attitude toward learning Great communication skills and self awareness the ability to motivate a team
