Depot Administration Manager Location: Partington, Manchester, M31 4QN Salary: Up to £38k Contract: Full time, permanent Shift: 40 hours a week between the hours of 07:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday. About the role This role has responsibility to produce Management Accounts for the Depot including forecasting, credit control, accruals, and stakeholder management across Saica Natur UK. Also responsible for the smooth running of the administrative functions within the office with people management responsibility. In addition to this as our Depot Administration Manager you will be responsible for: People Management responsibility of administrators and Logistics staff in partnership with Depot Manager to include managing performance, quality of work, appraisals, payroll, and all HR issues. Working with all internal systems to include SAP, PRISMA and Webcycle. Accurate recording of operational maintenance and production staff hours to include overtime, holiday and any other absence for HR and payroll. Manage and support the team to complete all monthly administration tasks to ensure that all jobs are confirmed, correct weights added, checked, and invoiced as well as all third-party invoices are paid. Develop and maintain the administrative process and procedures. To apply for this opportunity, you will need: Experience managing a small team and the ability to work across all business areas. Strong analytical skills. Proven experience as administration manager and coordination of logistics activities. In-depth understanding of office management procedures. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to strict monthly deadlines. SAICA operates a strict no drugs and alcohol policy.
