Depot Learning & Development Facilitator

St Albans based office with some national, but primarily southern-based, travel requirements

£27,000, plus regional-based supplements totalling around £30,015.54 per annum

Monday to Friday with hours flexible to meet depot needs - core hours being 9am – 5:15pm

About the opportunity

We’re looking for someone to take on a diverse role where you'll be responsible for supporting and delivering colleague inductions, as well as facilitating a range of learning sessions, including GDP and manual handling. You'll also play a key part in supporting our Warehouse Excellence team by assisting with the delivery of important projects.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, especially for maintaining accurate training records. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and dedicated to helping others grow.

 

Who are we looking for?

- Depot/Warehouse experience across a variety of roles

- Moving Handling Trained Trainer

- PTLLs or KTL Training Courses

- Competent in Microsoft Office suite with a good basic working knowledge of Excel and Outlook

- Good understanding of GDP, FMD and depot SOPs

- Full UK Driving Licence
