Depot Manager Leeds £50,000 to £55,000 + Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday Neos Engineering are currently looking for an experienced Depot Manager to join a fast paced organisation that have Depots across the UK. The ideal candidate for the Depot Manager role is someone who has prior experience within a Depot Manager role, you will ideally have worked within Plant, Generators, Powered Access or Tool Hire due to the machinery & equipment the business provides is predominantly to these fields. The day to day role of the Depot Manager is to oversee at Depot which is incredibly busy, turning over £5million per annum, for the business to achieve this they have drivers, workshop engineers, field engineers, admin staff and more. The candidate will be an organised, forward thinking and someone who can galvanize a team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established organisation that are a very well known name within the Plant Hire sector. This is a position you can really make your own and receive recognition for the work you do! The Candidate: 5 Years experience within a Depot Manager role Have worked within Plant, Generators, Powered Access or Tool Hire Strong communication skills Initiative and problem-solving skills The Role: Lead and Manage the Depot Identifying and managing personnel development needs Managing performance effectively Setting appropriate objectives Identifying issues Ensuring management processes are executed appropriately to achieve resolution.
