Depot Operations Manager – Industrial Services / Jetting / Drainage You will be responsible for a depot providing a range of industrial services such as CCTV surveys, confined space work, high pressure jetting, drainage unblocking, tank cleaning, DISAB, hazardous waste, and Jetvac tankers in domestic, commercial, and industrial environments. Responsibilities: Manage a team of drivers & operatives across 2 locations. Ensure performance versus agreed service levels. Inspire and enforce a positive Health and Safety ethic within the team. Get involved with hands-on work occasionally. Experience: Strong man management skills. Background in industrial services such as jetting and drainage. Strong IT, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Qualifications: Desirable: CPC, High Pressure Jetting Card, Confined Space Training. IOSH & NEBOSH are desirable.
