Green Lodge , we are very passionate about our home, our teams, residents, and our service. We are now looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager to run the home on a daily basis, in line with our high standards. You will support with all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, and actively contribute to assessments and care reviews, acting as a point of contact for the team, your residents, and their families. This is a managerial role, supervising and monitoring the team within the home; therefore, strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and positive interpersonal skills are essential. These skills are also needed for developing good relationships within the multidisciplinary teams, along with regular liaison with residents, relatives, and prospective employees. We are “Good” CQC rated, we are engaging, and we work in a positive, care-centered manner. Come and Join our team
and we will pay you a salary of £30,309 pa with 25 days annual leave. We will provide you with excellent training and development opportunities. We have a range of recognition schemes, recognizing our dedicated staff team. About You
- You will have previous experience of working in a similar role. An NVQ3 in Direct Care with a willingness to work towards your Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care Qualification. Of course, you will need to demonstrate your excellent communication and leadership skills.
