individual to support the management team in delivering high-quality care to residents. If you have experience as a Deputy Care Home Manager and are passionate about providing exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Lead and support the care team, ensuring staff are well-trained, motivated, and delivering compassionate care. Take charge of clinical responsibilities, providing hands-on care and support where necessary. Ensure the home complies with all regulatory and CQC requirements, consistently meeting or exceeding standards. Develop and implement care plans for residents, working closely with the team to monitor their progress and well-being. Act as the manager in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the home. What We’re Looking For: Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN. Proven experience working as a Deputy Care Home Manager or in a similar leadership role within a care setting. Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of care home regulations, CQC standards, and safeguarding requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
