Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week) About the Role: As our

Deputy Care Manager , you will play a key role in overseeing and improving the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary and complex care service. You will work closely with the Care Manager to ensure compliance, drive quality, and maintain the person-centered care we’re proud to provide. What You Will Be Doing: Assisting in the day-to-day management of our domiciliary and complex care service Supervising and motivating the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Conducting care assessments, creating tailored care plans, and monitoring care delivery Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and relevant health, safety, and safeguarding regulations Performing audits, spot checks, and service user reviews to maintain high-quality care Supporting recruitment, training, and staff development to build a skilled and confident care team Handling client and family concerns sensitively, ensuring timely resolutions Participating in on-call duties to manage emergencies and ensure service continuity Conducting care calls as required to stay familiar with client needs and build strong relationships Attending on-site visits and providing clinical care to support complex care packages What We Need From You: Complex care experience is a must NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential) – NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (desirable) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a care management or supervisory role (domiciliary care preferred) Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care legislation Experience in person-centred care planning and service audits Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills IT literacy and familiarity with care systems (e.g., People Planner, Assess Care Planning) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) What Can We Offer You?
