This has provided the Trust with a huge opportunity to focus on and become a centre of excellence for all-age mental health services.
This new role will be central to achieving this vision by providing clinical leadership to the large adult mental health directorate. The post will operate at a senior level alongside the new Director for Children and Young People, being jointly responsible for the directorate.
It is anticipated that the post-holder will provide system leadership for children and young people, developing relationships with key partners and playing a key role in developing services. The post-holder will be a key member of the trust’s senior leadership team and will deputise for the Chief Medical Officer. This post would be an ideal developmental role for a move to executive level leadership, and if successful, you will join the Trust at a time which will be career-defining.
You must be creative and have a real focus on partnership working, as we strive to do more with our communities, and you will be key to making sure we are making the right decisions for the right reasons.
We can also offer relocation packages to support you to make the move to Coventry and Warwickshire.
