Responsibilities:
To support the registered manager in the day to day operations of the home To ensure all Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted guidelines are both carried out and adhered to in addition to ensuring Quality Standards are always met To ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to To ensure all documentation are up to date To promote the development of the children and young people To ensure that the home environment is appropriate and sensitive to the needs of the children being looked after there and complies with health and safety and other legal requirements In liaison with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the needs of the young people are met To complete administration duties To ensure staff are fully trained and inducted in accordance to company policies and procedures To undertake on-call responsibilities as required
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years successful experience working with children in a residential setting Achieved a minimum of Level 3 in Children's residential care/workforce Minimum of 2 year's experience of staff supervision Full Driving Licence
