Proline Care are seeking an experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager for a Children's service in Castleford.

Responsibilities:
To ensure all Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted guidelines are both carried out and adhered to in addition to ensuring Quality Standards are always met.
To ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
To ensure all documentation is up to date.
To promote the development of the children and young people.
To ensure that the home environment is appropriate and sensitive to the needs of the children being looked after there and complies with health and safety and other legal requirements.
In liaison with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the needs of the young people are met.
To complete administration duties.
To ensure staff are fully trained and inducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To undertake on-call responsibilities as required.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years successful experience working with children in a residential setting.
Level 3 in Children's residential care or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years experience of staff supervision.
Full Driving Licence.
Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Prior experience is required.
