£18.14 per hour (40 hours per week) + Sleep-ins paid at £70.50 per night Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)? Our client is recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a 2-bedded EBD children's service in Northolt. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a small, supportive team dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team of care staff to ensure high standards of care. Ensure that the service operates in compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted standards. Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each young person. Take a hands-on approach to the role, working directly with the children and young people. Handle safeguarding concerns and risk management, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Shift Pattern:

Early shifts, late shifts, long days, and sleep-ins are required, providing flexibility to support the needs of the service. Sleep-ins are paid at £70.50 per night. Shifts will be given 1 month in advance. Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent (Level 5 desirable). Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection protocols. Passion for working with vulnerable children and creating positive outcomes. Full UK driving license. Benefits:
