Job Title: Deputy Home Manager – Children's Residential Home

Join the team as a Deputy Home Manager and help create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can thrive and build brighter futures!
Hours:
39 hours per week, including weekends, shifts, and sleep-ins. Requirements (all essential): Full UK driving licence & own vehicle. Level 3 qualification in Children/Young People or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s home and/or learning disabilities setting. Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures. The Role: Join the dedicated team to provide therapeutic care and a nurturing environment for children and young people. You’ll support the Registered Manager in leading the home, managing daily operations, supervising staff, and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Why Apply?
