Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford is located right in the heart of Oxford’s city centre , and we offer easy access to exceptional outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders and addictions, as well as a dedicated young people’s service. We are based on the top floor of a bright and airy building providing privacy and comfort to each and every one of our patients, and with flexible evening and weekend appointments available, we enable even the busiest of people to access the mental health support that they need. Our Wellbeing Centre is open 08.00 to 20.30 hours, predominantly Monday to Friday therefore there will be some flexibility in terms of working hours. We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Deputy Clinic Manager to join our management team . The primary function of this role is to manage the site's administration team and all day to day activities associated with it. This includes, but is not limited to diary management, billing, handling referrals, customer service including handling complaints, managing waiting list, responding to internal and external communication, billing, chasing debts and petty cash. You will also look after the staff appraisals. Reporting to the Wellbeing Centre Manager, the Deputy Manager will also be expected to support and provide cover for Centre Manager where required. To apply, you must have Experience in a Senior Admin or Management role Good knowledge of the different elements of running the site (budgets/recruitment etc) Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills Competent use and knowledge of IT systems database and accurate keyboard skills Extended knowledge of Microsoft packages is vital as all the daily information and tasks are retained for auditing and reports. Previous administration experience essential – In healthcare or similar preferred Attention to detail is essential. We will offer you a salary of £28,000 as well as access to all Priory Benefits including discounts, 25 days annual leave plus your Birthday off. You can also access our range of further training and development and can progress in any of our centres or Mental Health Hospitals across the country. You will receive training, support and guidance to enable you to feel confident and comfortable in your role. As part of this, you will need to complete some bespoke online and face to face training, including first aid, safeguarding and breakaway training. You will also need to complete an enhanced DBS check.
