We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Live Bingo Team and are on the lookout for a Live Bingo Deputy Manager based in our Live Bingo Studio in Derby.

We are looking for an experienced manager either who is ready to step into a Deputy role or who is currently at Deputy level and would like to expand their career.

Working alongside the Live Bingo Customer Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for a team of Live Bingo Hosts and Chat Stars who are delivering our bingo products across our Omni-Channel business for clubs and our online bingo rooms.

We are looking for the right person who can bring their retail management experience and help develop the team further. You will be someone who thrives and has passion in leading, coaching and guiding a team to be super successful enabling everyone to reach their full potential.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience, service and standards is part of who we are in the Live Bingo Team. We are looking for someone who has enthusiasm, dedication, commitment, and drive. You will play such an important role in the team delivering this to for our customers along with achieving all our KPI targets.  You need to have an analytical eye, spot areas of improvement and help build plans within the team that elevates us from our competitors. You will at times work closely with the Bingo Product, Marketing & Social, Retail Commercial and Customer Service teams.

Your knowledge and experience

  • Previous experience of managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role, ideally within a bingo, leisure, hospitality, or retail environment 
  • Previous experience of working within a gaming environment
  • Evidence of being able to create, manage and drive new Initiatives through others.
  • Has presence and impact within groups.
  • Self-aware and welcomes constructive feedback.
  • Committed to your own and other's development.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively operate in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
  • A track record of delivering high levels of customer service & KPI delivery.
  • Strong customer focus with service values & team principles.
  • Brings business awareness to decision making.
  • Understanding of KPI's that may affect the commerciality of the business.
  • A relentless focus upon customer service standards with strong attention to detail
