That's why we are looking for a Deputy Director of People and Culture - a passionate leader who can: Partner with senior leaders to deliver transformative people strategies. Oversee payroll, recruitment, and HR advisory functions to ensure operational excellence. Use data and evidence-based approaches to drive smarter decisions. Champion inclusion, growth, and belonging across our community. This role is a chance to drive real change: Support colleagues to thrive. Help shape high-performing teams. Make a tangible difference to students, communities, and generations to come. We're looking for someone who is: CIPD qualified (Member or Fellow status, or willing to work towards it). A leader with a high level of emotional intelligence. Curious, forward-thinking, and skilled at leveraging data for better outcomes.
