About You: As a Deputy Director of Faculty at The Hart School, you will bring visionary leadership, a passion for educational excellence, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment. Our ideal candidate would: Have a strong sense of direction and the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving shared goals. Have effective communication skills, the ability to clearly articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback and foster open dialogue among colleagues, students and parents. Be an excellent and reflective classroom practitioner. Preferably be a Chemistry specialist with experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE Separate Science to higher tier and/or A Level Chemistry. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience in teaching all key stages Recent and relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and further management training.
