Knowledge

Clinical Pharmacy knowledge associated with a Pharmacy degree course. Experience gained through preregistration training. Experience gained through vocational practice. Qualifications

BSc, BPharm or MSc in Pharmacy. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council. Diploma or MSc in hospital clinical pharmacy gained through post-graduate study OR Certificate or diploma in community pharmacy plus successful 6 months band 6 probation. Experience

Clinical knowledge from aspects of career to date. Significant recent experience of hospital or community pharmacy. Strong interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good organisational skills. Evidence of commitment to CPD. Evidence-based practice. Teaching experience. Experience of extended roles. Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams. Experience of providing a specialist pharmacy service of some description. Practice research. Contractual

Flexibility in working hours. Able to work extended hours and on call as needed. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
