What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the General Manager in leading a team to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
Playing a key role in day-to-day operations, ensuring everything’s on point.
Contributing to sales growth with fresh, creative ideas.
Ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are always top-notch.
Helping create a fun and motivating work atmosphere where your team can thrive.
Building connections with customers, making sure they leave with a smile.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
A people person with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Someone who lives and breathes hospitality and top-tier service.
A great communicator who’s organised and full of energy.
A hands-on problem solver ready to tackle challenges.
Cool under pressure, able to stay focused in a busy setting.
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
