Our client is an award-winning and leading independent provider of specialist neurological care and neuro-rehabilitation for people with physical illnesses, restricted mobility, and difficult and diverse behaviours as a result of progressive or acquired neurological conditions.
They are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse or Dual Qualified Nurse to provide clinical leadership and professional support to our clinical staff and advice to the General Manager on the delivery of high quality care.
You will be responsible for ensuring clinical staff are clear about their role and ensure full compliance with professional and national standards, ensuring residents receive an excellent standard of personalised care.
You will be an RGN with at least 5 years post-qualification experience in the healthcare sector and at least 4 years management experience, two of which will be in the private sector. You will have extensive experience of meeting targets and successful team management and a working knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. A strong communicator, you will have the ability to adapt your style to a wide variety of audiences.
40 hours per week (generally 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, but some flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected).
