Deputy Head Academic
to join our Senior Leadership Team. The post-holder will report directly to the Headmistress and work closely with the Deputy Head Pastoral, Deputy Head Co-Curricular, and the Director of Finance and Operations. The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of school leadership and will play a key role in building on our excellent academic provision, shaping future strategy, and developing middle leadership throughout the School. This is a broad role, and applicants will need to demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment in leadership in a comparable school. You will be a highly skilled leader and an exceptional communicator, combining intellectual capacity with practical skills.
