The Client Our client is a successful private members golf club in Surrey.
The Role Our client is looking for a senior role in their kitchen, specifically a Deputy Head Chef who will deputise for the Head Chef and be strategic, creative, and business-focused in their thinking.
Requirements As Deputy Head Chef, you should be someone with: The experience and skill to run a kitchen, manage harmonious relations between the FOH and kitchen brigade and management. The ability to be flexible in priorities and think big picture. The ability to work within a seasonal business and high volume business in the busiest periods.
Benefits and Salary Up to £40k+ Gratuities approx £3-4k per annum, which should only increase with our consistent growth. Quarterly bonuses – based on performance. A health cash plan. Hours – 48 hours a week. 28 days holiday per annum (full time).
