Deputy Head (enrichment and community) . This pivotal role oversees the School’s enrichment and co-curricular programmes, inspiring pupils from early years to sixth form to discover their passions and build lifelong skills. This is a permanent post, available from September 2025. Key Responsibilities: Leading the arts subject team. Managing the school’s house system. Overseeing community service initiatives. Guiding adventurous outdoor activities, including the Duke of Edinburgh Award and Combined Cadet Force. Directing whole-school events, such as speech day. Managing the academic calendar. We seek applications from experienced strategic leaders, who will be able to work as part of our senior team to deliver the School’s vision and engage with governors, staff, pupils and parents. Teaching a reduced timetable, candidates will be inspirational educators with high-level subject knowledge and the flexibility to engage across year groups and abilities. Minimum Requirements: Proven leadership experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for both high academic standards and holistic education. Experience in managing co-curricular and community programmes. The ability to inspire pupils and staff alike.
