We are recruiting for an Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at De Vere Tortworth Court, a stunning 201 bedroom hotel in South Gloucestershire. As the Deputy Head Housekeeper you will

work with the Executive Head Housekeeper to set, monitor and maintain the highest level of housekeeping and guest service standards. Your attention to detail will ensure that our guests enjoy meticulously clean rooms and memorable moments throughout their stay. You will deputise for the Head Housekeeper as required in all aspects of supervising the team and regulating housekeeping costs, keeping in line with the business forecasts by maximising room division profitability. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and by building genuine relationships with your team, you will create a sense of belonging, empowering them to take pride in their work. You have previous experience in hotels; ideally already in a similar role and in a similar sized property, however, we will consider applicants who are looking for next step in their career. You are able to deliver a consistent level of service under the pressure of guests’ requirements, always with a keen eye for detail. You are IT literate and previous Opera experience & Fourth Hospitality would be an advantage.
