The Role Due to changes in their structure, they have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join their Senior Management Team. You will support the Head of Conveyancing with the day-to-day operations of the Conveyancing team, client support and operational administrative teams, which will include: Monitoring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including AML and client care standards. Assisting in the recruitment and training of new Conveyancers. Supporting all conveyancing teams ensuring that they have the training and resources to excel within their roles, acting as a coach and mentor with both complex transactional matters and assisting with any HR related matters. Assisting with their client service delivery functions including resolving escalated complaints, dealing with LEO matters, and providing training to members of the team as required. Support to the Head of Conveyancing in terms of all operational matters. The Individual To be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence the following in your CV: 5 years PQE with a current Practising Certificate. Proven experience in a management position within a fast-paced and paper-free Conveyancing firm or legal practice. Exceptional technical conveyancing knowledge and experience with training, managing, and mentoring trainee and experienced conveyancers. Previous experience creating and implementing office/department/technical policies and procedures. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
