Permanent Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Kent to find a Deputy Head of Department for the Engineering team. This is a state-of-the-art facility that has received a generous investment for the department. With robotic Kuka arms, XYZ CNC mills and lathes, 3D printers, and computer-based labs (with CAD software), you’ll have all the latest equipment to manufacture engaging and creative programmes. What will you do:
Work alongside the Head of Engineering Develop the courses Teach and support students Oversee the Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualifications Implement and launch the T-Levels in Engineering Must have:
Qualified and experienced Lecturer Engineering industry qualification At least 5 years of teaching experience within the FE sector The right to work in the UK Ideally have:
DBS on the update service Experience leading a team Experience managing study programmes What will you get in return:
