Role: Deputy Head of Ecommerce and Mail Order Location: Ballinluig, near Pitlochry, Perthshire Salary: £50,000 Situated just off the A9 in majestic Highland Perthshire, my client is Scotland's most celebrated department store. Celebrating their 30th anniversary, they continue to expand and innovate. A big company but on an intimate scale, they notice ability and hard work, recognising and rewarding loyal service. Role Overview My client’s Ecommerce and Mail Order business has experienced remarkable growth over the last few years. To help them manage the next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join the team in a senior role. This is an in-person role and will be based in their Ballinluig Office, near Pitlochry, Perthshire. Duties and Responsibilities Customer services and call centres Mail order catalogue strategy, circulation planning and distribution Digital marketing, specifically email, PPC, social, SEO, affiliates, display advertising Ecommerce web management Data analytics, web attribution Strong IT literacy Team management Candidate Requirements Someone with strong commercial drive who can deliver a five-star personal customer experience through every touchpoint - both physical and digital. The right person will be very personable, able to work within a close-knit team, and have the ability to influence and build strong relationships throughout the organisation. Analytical and IT skills are very important, especially with an eye on the future of technology.
