HMP Rye Hill , a category B prison located in Rugby. You will be managing 4 clinical leads that cover Mental Health, Pharmacy, Primary Care, and Business Manager. HMP Rye Hill has a capacity of 660 males aged 18 and over. Hours:

This position is full time, with an annual salary between £53K - £56K per annum FTE, depending on experience. How will we support you? Deputy Head of Healthcare , your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding evidence-based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to, and acting on feedback to ensure patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. Delivering day-to-day operational service delivery and data with integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations. Delivering non-judgemental, compassionate care within a financial framework that is safe, high quality, and in line with CQC requirements.
