The postholder will engage in collaborative leadership designed to secure the achievement of the College’s strategic priorities. The right candidate will also have demonstrable experience in managing exceptional standards of teaching, learning, and assessment for learners, supporting them to achieve at the highest possible levels and progress. The postholder should have a proven track record in excellent teaching and learning, particularly in Health, Sport, or a similar area.
