About the role
The health and social care system on the Isle of Man is undergoing a significant transformation, and the way in which we regulate service providers is also changing. This new position, which reports to the Head of Registration & Inspection, will play a key role in preparing the team for the imminent introduction of new regulations that will drive an improvement in care quality.
You will also be responsible for the operational delivery of the strategic work plan, including the teams’ core registration, inspection and enforcement activity. You will be emotionally intelligent with strong communication skills and a delivery focused approach to leading team performance.
