To provide strategic leadership for all aspects of pastoral care, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the academic and personal development of every student. The Deputy Head (Pastoral) will lead a cohesive pastoral team, line managing the Heads of House, Inclusion Officer, Head of Learning Support, Attendance Officer and Lunchtime Supervisor(s) to ensure the highest standards of care and support for students. The post will come with a small teaching commitment of roughly 8 hours per week, and we welcome applicants with any subject specialism.
