We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to take on the role of

Deputy Head Porter . This key position offers the opportunity to work predominantly day shifts but requires flexibility to cover the full range of shifts within the duty roster if necessary. As Deputy Head Porter, you will work closely with the Head Porter to manage and oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including supervising a team, handling logistics, ensuring safety and security, and providing exceptional customer service. Whether it's coordinating deliveries, assisting with events, or maintaining a welcoming environment, you’ll play an integral role in keeping everything running smoothly. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of an established and supportive team. If you are looking for a varied role and you have experience of the management or supervision of a team dealing with security, fire safety and customer service, and experience of working with 24 hour rotas, we encourage you to apply.
