We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head Teacher to lead our clients thriving SEMH Primary School, catering to 108 pupils with diverse and complex needs.

The Role:

As Deputy Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for all pupils. You will:

  • Lead on the strategic vision and direction of the school
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement
  • Manage and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Develop and implement individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school community


The Candidate:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate leader with a deep understanding of SEMH education. The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a proven track record in senior leadership within an SEMH or SEND setting
  • Have a thorough understanding of the challenges and strategies in supporting pupils with SEMH needs
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Be committed to developing both pupils and staff, inspiring a positive and safe learning environment
  • Be resilient, solution-focused, and capable of driving improvement
