Is a practising Catholic, with a strong faith and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school and its community Is a role model who inspires and motivates others through their commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to raising standards Is an innovative primary practitioner committed to creating challenge, excitement, creativity and independence in learning Is able to work with the Headteacher and leadership team on curriculum development and support colleagues to develop subject leadership skills Is able to lead assessment throughout the school
