As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to ensure that the quality of teaching and learning is exceptional as our Pastoral and SEND Deputy Head teacher. The successful candidate will: Be an outstanding classroom practitioner Have a strong knowledge of teaching and assessment in all phases of primary practice (EYFS KS2) Be able to model, promote and develop high quality teaching and learning strategies across the school Have a good knowledge of SEND and be able to support our SENDCo and Children & Families Officer to develop our Pastoral offer Be a dynamic effective manager and inspirational leader Have excellent communication skills and be able to work with all stakeholders Have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude The school can offer: Respectful, motivated, and happy children who are very proud of their school.
