The successful candidate will be expected to provide outstanding leadership, ensure high standards of education and foster a positive and inclusive school culture. You will work closely with the Head of School and Executive Headteacher to drive strategic development and ensure the school's continued success. Experience of leading teaching and learning across the school including assessment. Experience of leading a team through change and leading on strategic initiatives. A caring and patient approach to nurturing pupils to achieve their full potential in life. The ability to motivate both students and staff.
