Salary: Up to £55,000

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join a specialised school in Stockport, providing vital support and education for young people with complex behaviors and SEMH needs. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, shaping a supportive and positive school environment.
As Deputy Headteacher, you will:
- Play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the school.
- Lead and inspire staff, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment for all.
- Develop and implement initiatives to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth across KS1–KS3.
- Collaborate with the Headteacher, supporting the school’s vision and delivering high standards of education and care.
