Florin Healthcare is excited to be working with an amazing not-for-profit care provider for a Deputy Manager in the North Devon area. Are you an ambitious Clinical lead or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you're an experienced nurse looking to step up into the role? My client is looking for a Clinical Manager to help and support their service and support the current home manager. You will be part of an amazing group with a brilliant reputation.
Key Details
Must have an active nursing PIN. Experience within a similar role or managing a clinical team. Excellent time management. Be able to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care. Be supportive and a leader for all clinical staff members. On call every other weekend - shared with current Home Manager. 40 hrs per week - Fully Supernumerary. Salary: Up to £56k per annum + bonus.
