We are currently recruiting for a dedicated
Deputy Manager
to join our team at an
80-bed residential home . This full-time position offers a salary of
£30,000 per annum
and an excellent opportunity to grow in a leadership role within the care sector. Hours:
39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with
1 weekend shift every 3 weeks . Salary:
£30,000 per annum. Responsibilities: Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. Lead and supervise care staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Assist in managing compliance with regulatory and CQC standards. Contribute to care planning and assessment processes. Manage and support the development of team members. About You: Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a residential care setting. Strong organizational and leadership skills. A passion for delivering exceptional care and promoting residents' well-being. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and care standards. What We Offer: Competitive salary of
