HC-One is looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. You should have a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it's all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. Pay rate is subject to experience and qualifications.

This position is working 40 hours per week, 2 shifts Supernumerary and 2 shifts on the nursing floor. Person Specification

Qualifications

Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified Experience

Experience in a similar role within a care home environment. Additional Criteria

Demonstrated commitment to person-centred care. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
