Deputy Home Manager (LD 4 Bed Service) - £25,000.00 – (Days) - Kettering NN16 – PERMANENT
Due to the opening of a brand new 4 Bed LD service in central Kettering (Rockingham Road Area), a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Home Manager. The Home is a fantastic facility with first-class amenities, in a great location. We are recruiting a Deputy Home Manager (or experienced Senior Support Worker who is ready for the next step) to deliver a quality of care and support to our service users.
Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm), working 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends. You must work BOTH early and late shifts.
Please note - at present having a Full UK driving licence is essential as you will be using the company vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities A good working knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Act 2008; Helping to lead and supervise the support and care teams to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care. Full UK Driving Licence (3 points Maximum) and be over 25 years of age due to insurance purposes. It’s important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 – 5. You will be supported by the experienced management team.
