Clinical Deputy Manager - Elderly Nursing Home
Location: Kingston upon Thames / South West London
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Overview Florin Healthcare is excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Deputy Home Manager position in Southwest London. Our client is looking for a new Clinical Deputy Manager to support the existing Home Manager in one of their elderly care services. The home is a fantastic establishment with lots of potential. It is performing well, fully staffed, and compliant with CQC. Role Details As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you may need to cover the odd Saturday or Sunday when required, but this would be on an ad-hoc basis. Additionally, you may also need to cover the nursing shift or part of a shift if ever needed, but again this is just when absolutely necessary. The role is supernumerary and is a Monday to Friday position. The client is very flexible with times, allowing you to work from 8 till 4 or 9 till 5, etc. Key Details
