Motivate, guide & support care staff to deliver the highest quality care. Ensure all resident needs are met with personalised, compassionate care. Oversee and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company guidelines. Work closely with the Home Manager to provide outstanding leadership and support to the team and residents. Step into the Home Manager role when needed, maintaining smooth operations in their absence. Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:
Previous experience in elderly care & management. A strong understanding of care regulations and best practices. NVQ Level 4 or NVQ Level 5 (desirable or commitment to pursue relevant training). Become part of a growing, reputable care provider with a strong focus on excellence! APPLY NOW
