40 hrs per week – Fully Supernumerary Overview Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing not-for-profit care provider for a Deputy Manager in the North Devon area. Are you an ambitious Clinical lead or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you’re an experienced nurse looking to step up into the role? My client is looking for a Clinical Manager to help and support their service and support the current home manager. You will be part of an amazing group with a brilliant reputation. Florin Healthcare also placed the home's current Home Manager into her role, so we know how fantastic they are and how well you would be looked after! The Home is elderly nursing and residential care, medium sized, with 20 clinical beds. Key Details Must have an active nursing PIN. Experience within a similar role or managing a clinical team. Excellent time management. Ability to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care. Be supportive and a leader for all clinical staff members. On call every other weekend – shared with current Home Manager. 40 hrs per week – Fully Supernumerary. Salary: Up to £56k per annum + bonus.
