If you would like to gain these benefits you will be: RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN & Nursing home experience Excellent communication skills Experience as a Deputy Home Manager or a senior nurse Proven track record of contributing towards GOOD CI grades Passion & experience within the elderly care sector
The home itself: Over 50 beds Modern, purpose-built & located in an easily accessible area from Glasgow or Ayrshire Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia Experienced and long-standing staff team, no agency use & full occupancy No privately funded residents Rated at 3's & 4's
As the successful Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will ensure the clinical & care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times to the residents while supporting the Home Manager in training & recruitment of staff and leading the clinical team on the floor.
