Minimum of a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Health and Social Care. Experience in a leadership role in a care home or similar setting. Solid knowledge of CQC standards and a commitment to delivering outstanding compliance. Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. A positive, approachable, and team-focused attitude. Your priorities in this role will be to:
Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated and committed staff team to deliver outstanding care every single day. Take charge of day-to-day care home operations and keep everything running smoothly, especially when the Home Manager's away. Help maintain high standards and cultivate a culture within the team where everyone strives to always exceed expectations.
