As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:

As the Deputy Care Manager, you will support the Care Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and services are delivered to our residents. This role involves managing staff, overseeing care plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Care Home Manager in the overall management of the care home. Supervise and support care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including health and safety, safeguarding, and CQC requirements. Liaise with residents' families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Handle administrative tasks related to care management, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care role, preferably within a residential care setting. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulations. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. How to Apply:
