Are you a compassionate leader with a knack for clinical excellence? Our client is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join their esteemed team at a large care home group, proud winners of the 2023 National Care Awards. This role offers a salary of £59,482.50 per year!

Our client is a leading care home group dedicated to providing exceptional person-centred care. They are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, where team members learn from each other's cultures, beliefs, and experiences. Their focus is on enhancing residents' wellbeing with independence and choice.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Work 40 hours per week with alternate weekends. 2 days as supernumerary 9-5 & 2 days working on the units 12 hour shifts. Communicate effectively with residents and their families to build strong relationships. Ensure excellent quality outcomes for residents. Hold an active NMC pin.

Package and Benefits:

Requirements:

Hold an active NMC pin. Be an empathetic and respectful leader. Have experience in clinical settings. Possess excellent communication skills. Be willing to work alternate weekends.
