Corporate Hospitality Deputy Manager

to join our team based in Canary Wharf and help us continue to provide outstanding hospitality services.

Role Overview: As the Corporate Hospitality Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Corporate Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our corporate events and hospitality programs. You will ensure smooth service delivery, manage teams, and play a key role in creating a flawless experience for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, meetings, and hospitality services. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure exceptional service delivery. Supervise and lead a team of hospitality staff, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism. Resolve guest concerns or issues swiftly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met. Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve our corporate hospitality offerings.

Key Requirements: Previous experience in corporate hospitality, event management, or a similar role (ideally 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial position). Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Proven leadership ability with experience in managing and motivating teams. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary for event schedules. Familiarity with event management tools or software is an advantage.
