is a growing business with homes located along the South Coast. We take pride in investing in our people and are committed to the UK Living Wage Foundation. Our aim is to provide continuous training and development for our staff, enabling them to reach their full potential within our collaborative and supportive team. An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as a

Deputy Manager

at one of our supported living homes in Eastbourne. This home supports individuals with mental health needs and autism. The individuals you will support can sometimes be challenging to motivate, so we need a team that is resilient and capable of managing behaviors of concern effectively. On good days, they enjoy a variety of activities, such as trips to the London Science Museum, visits to the zoo, and getting their nails done. Some enjoy watching horror movies, sports, and documentaries, while others are passionate about staying active and exploring new experiences. No two days are the same—our days are busy, engaging, and never dull! As a Deputy Manager, you will play an active role in supporting individuals to live independent, fulfilling, and enjoyable lives. Your days will involve attending social events, playing games, and keeping active with those in the home. This is a rewarding role where you’ll spend your time laughing, connecting, and making a positive impact on people’s lives. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar environment, either as a Deputy Manager or as an experienced Senior Support Worker ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, an effective communicator, and aligned with our values.
